5. What We Can and Can't Be Held Responsible For (Limitation of Liability)

• Immediate Termination: We might have to end our agreement straight away if:

  • You behave in a way that damages our reputation or makes it impossible for us to work with you.
  • Your business goes bust or enters administration.

If our agreement ends, you'll still need to pay for any services we've already provided up to the termination date. We'll also hand over any completed work that you've paid for.

7. The Rules of the Game (Governing Law)

These terms, and any disagreements that come up from them or from your use of our services, will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. If there's ever a legal squabble, it will be sorted out in the courts of England and Wales. This keeps things consistent and clear for everyone involved.
